His heart for restoration has also had a global impact. He has traveled the world supporting humanitarian organizations most recently investing in efforts to rescue and restore exploited children in Uganda, Africa.
Josh’s life message centers around family. He is passionate about coaching entrepreneurs in launching into their businesses and how to do business supernaturally. He currently lives in the greater New Orleans area with his wife, Jessie and children, Jolie, Tuck, Beau & Gentry.

Jessie Davis was born and raised in southern Ohio and has devoted her life to faith, education, and global service. She attended MorningStar University in Fort Mill, South Carolina, earning an Associate’s Degree in Christian Ministry, and later completed certification in Missiology at the Iris Harvest School of Missions in Mozambique, Africa. Davis holds both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Campbellsville University in Kentucky and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Practical Theology, where her research focuses on trauma-informed resilience pedagogy and its transformative impact on teaching and ministry. She is ordained through Iris Global Ministries with Heidi and Rolland Baker.
For more than a decade, Jessica has led Those Who Dream, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to disaster response in the southern United States and missional projects serving children and families in Uganda, Africa. After living and working in Uganda, Jessica and her husband, Josh, returned to the Gulf Coast in 2017, where they continue to blend their passion for missions, education, and entrepreneurship. Together, they operate We Buy New Orleans, LLC., a real estate business that helps fund global ministry initiatives.
Today, Jessica serves as Director of Instructional Design and Brightspace Administration at Ohio Christian University and teaches as an Adjunct Professor of Religion and Theology for multiple institutions. A writer, educator, and researcher, she is passionate about creating faith-driven, resilient learning environments that empower students to think deeply, live compassionately, and serve meaningfully. Her first book, For Love’s Sake (2010), features a foreword by Dr. Heidi Baker, and she is currently completing her second work, Beauty Will Rise. Jessica and Josh live on the Gulf Coast with their five children—Jolie, Tuck, Beau, Gentry, and Shep—where their life and work continue to reflect a heart for family, faith, and global impact.
